SlideshowCast works with Chromecast to help you turn photos into slideshow video on iPhone/iPad/iPod touch for streaming to bigger TV screen wirelessly.
SlideshowCast lets you organize your photos in iPhone/iPad/iPod touch Camera Roll and Photo Library and turn them into video slideshow momentarily with instant preview. You will be able to cast your slideshow on TV via Wi-Fi with the help of Google Chromecast.
Apart from casting slideshow on TV through Chromecast, you can also choose to save slideshow video to iPhone/iPad/iPod touch Camera Roll. This might be a nice app, if - it it wouldnt crash when you select more than 50 fotos - if it had a "select all" button.

The Chromecast feature works well, once you build the slideshow. Building the slide show is a little cumbersome. They need to have better instructions for each phase of the process. They also need to add the "select all" feature when you are choosing the photos from a file and then you could deselect what you dont want. It would also be nice if they could auto-sync your music without manually editing each songs length to try and match the slide show time. Overall, it was worth the $2 cost and has a lot of upside potential.
Terrible app. Interface looks good, but the app constantly crashes while adding photos to slide show. Its annoying to go through the trouble of adding all of the photos only to have it crash.
Its fun making a slideshow movie, and you can save it and share it by sending it to other people. Not that hard to use, if you play with it for a while. Does things differently that many people might like.
